Chop the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and bell pepper.

Grate or finely chop the carrot. Make a sauté with the tomatoes, onion, garlic, bell pepper, and carrot. Add the shredded marlin, sauté a little, and add the puree. Season and add 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce.
