Ingredients

  • 1/2cup paneer
  • 1/2cup capsicum
  • 1/2cup onion
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2tsp mustard paste
  • 1/2tsp chilli sauce
  • 1/2tsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 1/2tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2tsp chilli flakes
  • to taste Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut all veggies in cubes

    Mix all given ingredients of marination in a bowl Apply marination on sticks and keep them for 15 min. After marination shallow fry sticks on tawa by adding oil Our paneer shashlik is ready Serve with rice
