Take off the potato peels first now cut the potatpes into round slices put the basin in a bowl and mix all the spices and water

Now avoid slicing potato in this mixture and mix well

Heat the Oil in a frying pan and put tha potatoes in a frying pan and let cook until golden colour dish out when the golden colour is done
