Ingredients

6 servings
  • Wet ingredient:
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 5 tbspbutter melted or oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • Dry ingredient:
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tbspcoffee powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the wet ingredients then sieve all dry ingredients and mix using a spatula in a cut fold method don't over mix it

    Once done mixing

    Fill half cups in a cup lining and bake in 180°c for 25 min and it's ready to serve
