Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup sabut udad
  2. 1/2 cup rajma
  3. 3onion
  4. 4tomatoes
  5. To tasteSalt
  6. As neededGaram masala
  7. to tasteButter
  8. As neededCoriander powder
  9. As neededcoriander leaves
  10. To tasteRed chilli.powdr
  11. As neededFresh cream
  12. PinchTurmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rajma.for 4 hours.

  2. 2

    Add halaAdd half cup dal to rajma and boil them with salt.

  3. 3

    Grate or grind onion and tomatoes

  4. 4

    Fry onion till pink. Add tomatoes and fry until they leave the oil.

  5. 5

    Add haldi powder, red chilli.powder and coriander powder and saute well.

  6. 6

    Add the tadka to the boiled dal and give a good stir. And bring the dal to a boil

  7. 7

    Add garam masala and coriander leaves and mix well.

  8. 8

    Pour dal in a bowl and garnish with butter and cream.
