  • Iru(locust beans)
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 kgSoaked dry fish
  • 1 CupVegetable oil
  • 10 gGinger and garlic paste

    Heat up oil,add onions,ginger and garlic paste,dried fish,stirfry for 1min,add pepper, tomatoes, fry for 1min,add seasoning,curry masala,rinse the seeded iru before adding,stir,fry,for 1min taste to adjust with salt, fry for 2mins...turn off heat,serve with yam...
