Boil the spinach in hot water for 10 mins. Take it out and grind to thin paste.

Take kadhai. Add oil. Fry the chopped onion. Add ginger garlic paste. Add the masalas. Fry for some time. Add the masalas. Cook for 2 mins.

Add the palak paste.

Cover and cook for 5 mins. Add some water. Add paneer. Stir in low flame for 5 mins. Add cream mix well. Stir and serve.
