Fresh green chutney
Use fresh coriander for this beautiful colour
Steps

Wash and drain dhania and cut off the ends

Add all ingredients - fresh dhania, crushed garlic, lemon juice, green chillies, fine jeeroo, salt, vinegar, olive oil - to a blender
- 3
Whizz the mixture adding in the dhania slowly
- 4
You can add more green chillies if you want it stronger whizz well til it's blended properly
- 5
Add in more lemon juice if you find it a bit stiff.. can be put in small pots and frozen or ice cube trays and frozen.. can defrost and use in foods as a chutney with meals.. enjoy.Zaheera
