Firstly wash the poha and kept it for 15 minutes

Heat oil in pan.add mustard seeds

Add green chilli and curry leaves, fry it for 2 minutes.

Add onions and fried for 3 minutes.add peanuts

Add turmeric powder and add one pinch of salt.

Add poha and salt as per taste.

Cook it for 2 minutes. Add lemon as taste

Garnish with green leafy coriander. serve hot with tea
