1large onion chopped
1 teaspoontumeric powder
1 teaspoonpepper

Cooking oil 2 table spoons
I clove of garlic thinly chopped

Add oil to your pan on medium heat then add the onions and garlic fry till they are translucent

Add your eggs one at a time while stirring

Add the tumeric powder, pepper,s alt and stir till the eggs stop looking watery. Your scrambled eggs are ready serve with bread or as you wish.
