Grind the oats in a fine powder. Now add sooji and curd. Make the batter. Don't make it too much thick or thin.If needed add water. Let it sit for 4 hours.

Chopped the vegetables very thin.. After 4 hours add all the vegetables, ginger, green chilli, salt, oil.

Take another microwave bowl. Apply oil in it.

Now add 1 tbsp Eno in the batter.. Immediately add the batter in the bowl. Placed it to the microwave. Set the time for 10 min.

In a fry pan add some oil, add mustard seed, green chilli, sugar, some water. Make a syrup.

When the dhokla is ready, just add the syrup in it.

Serve it hot with green chutney.
