  • 1 cupfried onion
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 cupbread crumbles
  • 1 tablespoontomato paste
  • 1/2-1 teaspoonsalt
  • Pepper
  • Cheese (hard type)

    Mix with hand well.

    Cut cheese. Put cheese inside of meat mixture and make four hamburg.

    Fry in pan with low heat for more than 10 minutes each side.

    Garnish with shredded cabbage and fried egg. And eat with sauce you like.
