Steps

Roast the til to a light brown colour,
(Start at high and then turn the flame to low to roast til, keep turning them continuously.) - 2
Switch off the flame and leave them aside to cool.

In a nonstick pan cook mava for around 5 minutes, switch off the gas when mava comes together.

While the mava is cooling down grind the til to a coarse mixture.

Add til, cardamom powder and powdered sugar to the mava and mix thoroughly.

Shape into walnut sized round balls to make laddoos.

Arrange the Til khowa Laddoos in a plate and garnish with chopped pistachios and it's ready to serve.
