Ingredients

  • 500 gmsPork Belly/Liempo
  • 200 mlsoy sauce
  • to tasteVinegar,
  • to tasteSalt and pepper,

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate pork in soy sauce for a minimum of an hour

  2. 2

    Sautee garlic until brown, add onions, continue until the aroma of both garlic and onions are strong

  3. 3

    Add the pork, sautee for 5 minutes then add the soy sauce

  4. 4

    Add salt pepper and vinegar to taste

  5. 5

    Simmer until dry.
