Take bowl add grated paneer and all dry ingredients and mix it.

Now make dough. Take a bowl add maida carom seeds, oil and salt and mix it well.now add little little warm water and make dough.

Make small small ball of dough and Now take rolling pin make round shape like puri or depend what u want size. now take paneer stuffing make toffee shape of paneer stuffing and put in middle of puri.

Now take upper side of puri and roll it at the end spread some water with help of finger or brush and stick it properly and give shape of toffee.

Take a oil for frying after oil heat add one by one paneer toffee in oil for fry. Fry it in low medium flame.

Enjoy Paneer toffee with sauce.
