Dry ingredients
1 cupflour Flour
2 teaspoonsBaking powder
pinchCinnamon
2 tablespoonsSugar
Wet ingredients
3/4 cupMilk
1large Egg
2 tablespoonsMelted butter or olive oil
2mashed Bananas

Sieve flour and baking powder. Add cinnamon and sugar and mix

Mash bananas, add eggs,milk and oil. Whisk.

Add wet to dry ingredients. Whisk. Fry on a pan drizzled with oil.
