In a medium-high heated pan, add oil till smoky the add in the onions and toss/stir. Add in the minced garlic and toss/stir

Add in the carrots and stir/toss

Add in the chilies together with the bell pepper and toss/stir. Add in your sausages and toss

Season, garnish with roasted sesame seeds and serve.
