Marinade washed chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste,curds salt and other spices for half hour

Heat ghee oil mix,splutter cloves cinnamon star anise

Add the onions ground and the cashews poppyseeds paste to stir fry in the ghee oil

Cook five minutes stirring well

As it starts going light brown add the marinade chicken now stir well.Add 2 glasses water

Stir well cook in pressure 15 minutes or open pot 20 minutes on slowflame covered

Serve Hot garnished
