Ingredients

30minutes
4 servings
  • Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cumin
  • Packo masala (mild and spicy)
  • 1carrot
  • 2potatoes
  • 1 kgpacket chicken feet
  • 1/2 packetchicken giblet
  • 1/2onion
  • 1garlic
  • Ginger
  • 1 cupwater
  • Mixed dry herbs

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Fry onion, garlic and ginger.

  2. 2

    Add potatoes and carrots cook for 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add salt, pepper, cumin, Packo masala (mild and spicy) and mixed dry herbs and simmer for 1 minute.

  4. 4

    Add chicken feet and the giblets.

  5. 5

    1 cup of water and simmer until cooked.
