Steps

Wash and clean the bottle gourd and chopped and boil for 15 minutes and strain it and keep aside

In a bowl add curd and add boiled bottle gourd (Lauki) and add red chilli powder and salt and coriander leaves and jeera powder..

In a pan put ghee and heat then add mustard seeds and jeera and curry leaves put the Taka in the curd

Lauki raita is ready....
