Firstly pile patato and mash in a bowl and mix chopped ginger,chopped green chilli,dhaniya powder,salt and chat Masala

Now bread dip lightly in water and push in hand.mix in mash potato bowl properly.

Now make small small roles and deep fry in oil and mid heat.

When it become brown and put out..served with tomato sauce and green chutney...
