Tofu, Spinach & Carrot ‘Goma-ae’

One of the most popular Japanese dishes is ‘Goma-ae’, the dishes of vegetables mixed with sweet ‘Goma-ae’ sauce. You can find a variety of ‘Goma-ae’ recipes on my website, as I cook them very often. This time I added Tofu to make the dish even more nutritious.
