Mash the boiled ndengu, add in finely diced onion, dhania and crushed garlic. Add salt and spices, mix well together. Beat un the egg, add some breadcrumbs for bonding and crust.

Scoop some mixture, spoonful and form balls and fry on medium heat till golden brown.

Serve with ketchup or a dip of your choice.
