First marinate meat with ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili pwd, turmeric powder, coriander powder. Leave it for about half an hour.

Now take pan add oil and ghee and sliced onion and fry until light golden colour.

Now in a same pot add whole spices and meat and fry well. Add water to tender meat.

When meat tender add yougurt and brown onion and bhunify it well. Last add kewra water. Sprinkle Garam masala pwd and it's done.
