Ingredients

1/2 cupdesi ghee
1/2 cuppowdered sugar
1+1/4 cupall purpose flour
1/3 cupgram flour
1/2 tspcardamom powder
Somemilk
somepistachios

Steps

Mix sugar and ghee for 5-6 mins.Add all purpose flour and gram flour. Pre heat the kadhai on meduim flame for 10 mins.

Make small nan khatai balls and then flattened it.

Apply milk all over the nan khatai.

Put some pista on it.

Bake in kadhai on medium flame for 24 to 25 mins.
