Steps

First Get a mixing bowl and sieve your flour.

In a separate mixing bowl melt your butter and add yeast egg and sugar and milk then mix very well and then add the mixture into the bowl containing your flour and mix very well to form a dough.

Get a separate bowl and grease with oil not much little and then put the dough and cover with cling film and allow to rise or double in size

Knead ur dough very well and then divide the dough for rolling after rolling cut into doughnut shape using a doughnut cutter or u can a improvise by using 2 covers inform of circle shape use the big one first to cut and the the smaller one to cut the centre and allow to rise for some minutes.

The last step is frying and this should be deep frying.
