Firstly take a bowl,put the suji add curd, water as required..mix and make a slurry now add salt,jeera Powder, garam masala, black pepper powder,keep it cover for 15 minutes.

Now heat the Pan,put oil after that pour slurry of suji into the Pan and stir continuously cook it on low flame for 5 minutes after that it Will make like soft dough now off flamel et it cool completely.

Now take Dough in bowl,add onion, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, peas mix it well and make a cutlets.

Now heat oil,when oil is hot then fry all cutlets until golden colour fry it for 5-8 minutes.Ready to serve suji cutlets.
