Ingredients

  • 1 bowlgram flour
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspchilli powder
  • as per tastesalt
  • 2-3chopped green chillies
  • 1/2 cupgrated paneer
  • handfulChopped Coriandar leaves
  • as requiredOil for frying
  • 3-4Bread slices

Steps

  1. 1

    Take gram flour and all ingredients mix well

  2. 2

    Take paneer add the masalas,coriander leaves and chopped chillies, then dip bread in water,squeeze water,fill stuffing and seal nicely.Dip in besan batter and add in oil fry until crisp and golden and it's ready.
