Steps

Take a pohe in a bowl,wash 2-3 times and soak in a water for 30 seconds.Drain the water,cover and keep it a side.

In a pan, heat oil add mustard seeds,cumin seeds it pop up, peanut chopped onions green chilli curry leaves saute everything for a 2 minutes.let the onions became light golden colour.

Add turmeric powder, sugar mix well.

Add the soaked poha salt lemon juice and mix everything well.

Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 1-2 minutes.

Turn off the heat.Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Pohe are ready.Take a poha in serving dish.

Garnish with besan sev and coriander leaves.
