Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsCurd (beated properly)
  2. as requiredGreen, Red, Yellow bell peppers chopped finely
  3. 1medium sized tomato chopped finely
  4. 1medium size onion chopped finely
  5. Handfulgreen coriander leaves finely chopped
  6. 5-7fresh mint leaves chopped finely
  7. as requiredWater as required
  8. For Tadka-
  9. 1 tspOil
  10. 1 tspMustard seeds
  11. 5-7fresh curry leaves
  12. 1 pinchturmeric
  13. 1 pinchasafoetida
  14. 4-5green chillies slit at between
  15. as per tasteSalt
  16. as per tasteSugar (can be totally avoided if don’t like sweet)

Cooking Instructions

    Beat the curd properly and add water as per your choice of the thickness.

  2. 2

    In a pan make Tadka. Add oil, asafoetida, mustard seeds, curry leaves, turmeric and green chillies.

  3. 3

    Add vegetables to Tadka and add this mixture to curd. Add sugar and salt as required. Add water to maintain the required consistency.

    Serve this as a side dish with your main menu.. and relish the taste.
