Moong Sprouts rolls

In a mixing bowl combine together crushed moong sprouts, mashed potatoes, ginger green chillies, chaat masala and salt, mix them well with your hand.

Heat oil for deep frying, first on high flame, then make it medium.

Now with wet hands make medium sized cylinders from the mixture and roll them in white sesame seeds.

Now slowly slide the cylinder, one by one, in the hot oil and fry them, by turning them at regular intervals, until becomes light brown from outside.

Fry 3 - 4 cylinders at one time, when done take them out on an absorbent paper.

Arrange them in a serving platter and serve with any chutney or sauce of your choice
