Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2 cupmoong Dal
  2. 1/2 cuptur Dal
  3. 1/2 cupmasoor Dal
  4. 1chopped tomato
  5. 1green chilli
  6. as required Salt to taste red chilli powder turmeric powder
  7. 1& half glass water
  8. 4-5curry leaves curry leaves
  9. handfulCoriander leaves
  10. 2 tablespoonsoil
  11. 1 tablespooncumin seeds
  12. Pinchhing
  13. 1/2 tablespoonred chilli powder for tadka
  14. 2 cupsrice
  15. 2 glasseswater
  16. 2 tablespoonoil
  17. to tasteSalt
  18. 2potatoes
  19. as required Salt red chilli powder turmeric powder
  20. 1 tspeach Coriander powder and cumin seeds
  21. as required oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak Dal for 15 minutes wash it add dal in cooker pressure chopped tamater green chilli salt red chilli turmeric powder add 1 glass water cover it give 3 whistles to it & mashed it put half glass water curry leaves coriander leaves boiled it 5 minutes heat oil in a pan put cumin seeds hing red chilli powder put tadka in Dal serve hot

    Soak 2 cups rice for 15 minutes wash it put rice in a kadhai add 2 glasses water 2 tablespoons oil,salt to taste and steam it..Serve hot

    Heat oil in pan add potato fry them put cumin seeds salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder coriander powder mix well serve hot enjoy.
