Ingredients

  1. sheetsUse phyllo pastry
  2. 2 cupshot milk (about 480 ml) with 1 packet vanilla
  3. Sugar to taste
  4. 2 tablespoonsmelted butter
  5. 1 cupheavy cream (about 250 grams)
  6. Nuts to taste (I used pistachios, walnuts, and raisins)

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare a 9-inch baking dish. Cut the phyllo pastry sheets and mix them with the melted butter and nuts.

  2. 2

    Pour the hot milk with dissolved sugar and half of the heavy cream over the phyllo mixture to cover it.

  3. 3

    Spread the remaining heavy cream on top and broil until the top is golden brown.
