Ingredients

  • 100 gmTamarind soaked in warm water
  • To tastesalt
  • Pinchblack salt
  • 100 gmsugar
  • 1 tsproasted jeera powder

  1. 1

    Add 2 cup water, add tamarind boil it, add spices and sugar.boil until it thick.

    Strain it, tamarind chutney is ready.
