Salmon with Egg and Cheese Sauce (BLW)

I still have some salmon in the fridge. The other day, Bi had salmon grilled with garlic butter, so today I'm changing it up a bit.

I still have some salmon in the fridge. The other day, Bi had salmon grilled with garlic butter, so today I'm changing it up a bit.
Cooking Instructions

Cut the salmon into pieces about the size of a small matchbox (suitable for a baby's pincer grasp).

Crush the garlic. Marinate with the salmon.

Boil the egg until cooked. Take 1/2 of the egg yolk. Mix with the cheese. Add a little hot water (more or less depending on the thickness your child prefers).

The mixture after mixing should be yellow from the egg, smooth, and fragrant with cheese.

Heat the pan. Add butter. Pan-sear the salmon until cooked through.

Remove the salmon. Pour the sauce mixture on top. Sprinkle a little chia seeds for garnish. Ta-da! Ready to eat!

💥 A small tip: Boiled pumpkin can be a bit bland, so change it up by frying the pumpkin with a little butter. It becomes crispy and sweet, which pairs perfectly with the salmon with egg and cheese sauce!
