Ingredients

1 hour
9-10 persons
  • 1& half kg meat(beef) + 1 cup magaz
  • 3 tbsplemon juice + 1 tbsp meat tenderizer or papita paste
  • 4 tbspmint leaves
  • 4 tbspparsley
  • 2onions chopped
  • 1 cuptomato purree
  • 1 tbspwhole spices powder
  • 2 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbspblack pepper
  • 2 tbspchilli flakes
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1daar chini
  • 1/2yogurt
  • 4-5choti elaichi + 4 bari elaichi
  • 1 tbspJavatri and jaifel (sabut)
  • 2 tbspginger 1 tbsp garlic and 2 tbsp green chilli paste
  • 1/2 tbspfood color
  • 1 tbspvineger
  • Boil 3 glass or 1 & 1/2 kg rice using 1/2 tbsp kewra + salt
  • Also add 2 star anise,bay leaves,zeera until rice is half cooked

    Mix all the ingredients(except fried onions,Sliced tomatoes & mint leaves) in a bowl and cook on medium flame using 3-4 cups of water in pressure cooker for 15 minutes....

    When meat is done low the flame and dry remaining water until oil separates...

  3. 3

    Use meat layer first then put rice and also put fried onions,tomatoes and mint leaves....

  4. 4

    Cook on low flame using pan under pot for 10 minutes...

  5. 5

    Enjoy the delicious spicy bihari biryani....
