Steps

Heat a wok. Add oil warm it them add paneer slice. Sprinkle some salt, red chilli powder and grated garlic. Cook it from both sides.

Remove it and cut it into pieces. Again heat oil add onion fry it well.

For masala wet 6-7 cashew for half an hour grind it. Fry onion and tomato make it's paste. Grind garlic cumin seeds ginger.

Add masalas into fried onions. Mix well. Add water then add paneer into it.cook for 5 minutes.
