Method for Rose jelly:
Cook water, sugar, cardamom, rose essence,and rose color.

When it boils add dissolved gelatin and cook for 5 min untill it thickens little.

Pour in glass and let it set in fridge for 2-3 hours. (Remove cardamom)

Method for vanilla pudding
Boil milk.with sugar add dissolved corn flour. cook till it thickens. turn off flame

Add vanilla essence and cream and mix well.let it cool

Then pour it on set jelly in glass. Decor it with syrup or anything u want.
