Heat the water in a pot.

Add salt and baking soda, then gradually add flour until the dough becomes elastic.

Mix the dough very well and let it rest for a bit. (I let it rest while the oil heats up.)

Use two wooden spoons to turn the churros rings while frying. Remove them when golden brown, drain on paper towels, and repeat until done. Enjoy!
