Ingredients

  1. 2 cupssago (sabudana), soaked for 8 hours and drain
  2. As requiredOil for deep-frying
  3. 2medium potatoes, boiled,peeled and grated
  4. 1/2 cupcrushed peanuts
  5. 1 tablespoonginger-green chilli paste
  6. 1 tablespoonchopped fresh coriander leaves
  7. To tasteSalt
  8. 1/2lemon Juice
  9. As requiredGreen coconut chutney for serving
  10. As requiredLemon wedge for serving

Steps

    Take a bowl...add sago (sabudana), potatoes, ginger-green chilli paste, coriander leaves, salt, Lemon juice, and mix all ingredients together.

    Divide sago mixture into equal portions, shape into balls light flatten between your palm to make vadas.

    Put the vadas in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

    Sabudana vada is ready to eat 😋😋....serve hot with a quenelle of green coconut chutney and lemon wedge.
