Schezwan Peanut Cheese Fritters

Heat sufficient oil in a kadhai.

Put grated processed cheese in a bowl.Add crushed peanuts and schezwan sauce.

Now add chopped onion, refined flour and chopped garlic.

Add baking soda and chopped capsicum and salt.now mix it.

Now add some buttermilk to make a dough.

Shape the mixture in to quenelles with two spoons.slide into hot oil and deep fry till golden brown and crisp.

After that drain on tissue paper.put red chilli sauce in a small plate.place the Fritters over the sauce.

Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot.
