as requiredcoriander leaves
1 tspVinegar
as per tasteSalt
as requiredBlack pepper
1Lemon juice

Peel and cut the beetroot into dices.

Mix it with few drops of vinegar and lemon.

Add salt and pepper mix it well..

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and mint leaves. Ready to eat.
