Ingredients

  • 1 bowlmalai
  • 2choppped onion
  • 2choppped green chilli
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • To tastesalt
  • Pinch Black pepper
  • To taste Red chilli
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in pan add jeera and onion and saute it

  2. 2

    Then add green chilli and all spices and mix it well

  3. 3

    Then add malai and cook it 2 sec and now serve it
