Ingredients

  1. For cheesy kabab
  2. 1 cupwhite chana
  3. 1 inchginger
  4. 2boiled potato
  5. 50 gmspaneer
  6. 1/2 cupgrated cheese
  7. 1 tspsaunf powder
  8. 2 tbspbesan
  9. 1 tspchaat masala
  10. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  11. to tastesalt
  12. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  13. 1green chilli
  14. 1 tbspspring onion green leave
  15. oil for frying
  16. For sauce
  17. 1/2 cuponion
  18. 1 tbspgarlic chopped
  19. 2 tbspsoya sauce
  20. 2 tbspred chilli sauce
  21. to tastesalt
  22. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  23. 1 cupwater
  24. 4 tbspcornflour paste
  25. 1/4 cupgrated paneer
  26. spring onion green leave
  27. 2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the chana for atleast 8 hour. after soak boiled the chana. after boil cool it. then take other ingredients like boiled potato, grated paneer, ginger and green chilli.

    Take a bowl add chana amd mashed it the add potato, green chilli, ginger, paneer, salt, chaat masala, saunf powder, spring leave,besan, red chilli powder, black pepper and mix it well and keep aside for 10 minute.

    Take the small portion of the mixture and flat it and put the grated chesse and give the oval shape and coat with bread crumbs.

    Keep aside for 10 min. and fry it.

    For sauce:- chooped the onion and garlic.

    Take the pan add oil, garlic saute few min, the add onion saute it till onion get transparent. then add salt, black pepper, soya sauce, red chilli sauce and mix it.

    The add water and bring one boil then add cornflour paste and cook it 2 minute.

    Heat the sizzler plate. then place the cabbage leave and put the kabab and pour the sauce over it and garinsh with french fries and sping leave.
