Steps

Ginger,garlic or green chillies ko pees lien. (Ya alag alag paste bhi use kr skty hain.) Sliced onions ko fry kr lien. Tamam spices set kr lien due to convenient.

Beef qeemay mien smam spices dalien. Ginger garlic and green chili paste add krein.

Add brown crushed onions and red crushed chilli. Curd, cornflour and gram flour. Ye sab daal kr achi terhan mix kr lien.

Koilay(coal) ka smoke dein. Vegetables cut kr k pan pr heat up krein. With little bit oil.

Round kababs bnayen. Phir kisi bhi straw ya pencil or anything.. kababs mien insert kr k holes bnaty jayein.

Kabaz medium flame pr fry kr lien. Vegetables plate ready kr lien, sizzler bhi use kr skty hain.

Sabb kabaz ko vegetables plate pr set krein. Enjoy with ketchup or any sauce and chutny.
