Here are the ingredients.

Add sieved flour,baking powder n food colour in a bowl and mix. Pour water and whisk,make a smooth batter(not too watery and not too thick).

Sugar syrup.... Add sugar in a pot and set on fire,add 1cup if water and let it boil until the sugar melt.then add food colour and keep stirring until it thicken.

Bring an empty bottle (a bottle that have a hole on top,"rubber bottle", the one that can b press with hands) and put your batter.

Set a pan on fire, add oil,when it's hot make a round spiral jalebi shape by pressing the middle of d bottle"not slowly and not fast" (in other the batter to come out in a hurry through the hole),fry until crispy. soak in sugar syrup for 1-2 minutes, then put on a plate and serve.
