Ingredients

  • 6boiled potatoes
  • 1 tspTurmeric
  • 1 tbspGinger, garlic and chilli paste
  • 2 cupFinely chopped spinach
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tspDry mango powder
  • 5 cubesgrated cheese
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1 tbsporegano
  • As neededbread crumbs
  • As neededAll purpose flour 4 tbsp diluted in water and pinch of salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly boiled and peel out all potatoes.
    Mash it with masher.
    Boil spinach for 3 minutes by adding little water to it.

    Then blend it and make thick puree of it.
    Add ginger,garlic and chilli paste to it.
    Add turmeric,garam masala,dry mango powder,oregano, chilli flakes and salt to it.
    Mix it well.

    Add half cup of bread crumbs and again mix it well.
    Now make equal size balls of it.
    Make hole in a center and fill grated cheese in it and close it well.
    Now drop it in all purpose flour.
    Then after coated it in bread crumbs.

    Now heat oil in a khadhai.
    Drop 3 to 4 balls at a time and fry it till it becomes golden brown in colour and crispy.
    Take it out and drop it on absorbent paper to remove excess oil from it.
    Now put toothpicks on it it.
    Now serve it with tomato sauce and chutney and enjoy this scrumptious spinach cheese bombs.
