    Peel and slice plantain

  2. 2

    Allow to Alla mmSprinkle little salt n set aside

  3. 3

    Dip in whisked egg, keep on strainer to remove excess paste

  4. 4

    Dip in flour

  5. 5

    Dip in egg and back into d spicy bread crumbs

  6. 6

    Keep on a strainer or rack to remove excess paste

  7. 7

    Fry in oil till golden brown

  8. 8

    Serve
