Ingredients

  • 1 bunchkale, strip leaves from stock, washed
  • 3garlic cloves finely chopped
  • Chilli flakes as per taste
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbspolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a hot pan add oil, garlic, chilli flakes and salt after a minute add kale, cover turn heat to low and and let it cook for 5 minutes, mix, cook another 3-5 minutes. Turn heat off, serve and enjoy
