1 bowlsuji rosted
4 bowlwater
2 tbsoil
1 tbscumin seed
1/2musted seeds
8-10Curry leaves
1onion chopped
1chilli chopped
To tasteSalt and chilli powder
1/2 tspTurmeric powder

Heat the pan add oil add cumin seeds and musted seeds

Add onion and greenchilly cook for 2 minit all speices mix it

After 1 minit add water and wait for boiling when water is boil add suji stir it geently

When sujii soaked the wateroff the flame upma is ready to eat
